Research Interests
My major research interests pertain to time in relation to organizations and organizational change. This includes
• The temporal construction of organizational change
• The temporal embeddedness of organizations
• The temporal nature of narratives and its methodological implications
I also have a growing research interest in spirituality in the context of the workplace. This includes
• Critiquing the notion of spirituality in the workplace from the perspective of religious faith and practice
• The impact of an explicit faith practice on an organization’s strategy, design, activities, and identity/reputation
My methodological interests are focused on qualitative methods, and in particular, narrative analysis.
