The King's University College Social Science Group major offers students the opportunity to study humans and their societies from a variety of perspectives. Students may choose to look broadly at the whole range of social science disciplines - including economics, political studies, sociology, psychology, geography, education and history - or focus more closely on two or three.
What You Gain From the Program
The King's Social Science Group Major is solid preparation for careers in the human service sector, social justic agencies or international development. You will learn how to make a difference in the world by contributing to better human health, non-discriminatory economic systems, equitable public policy, and just international relations. The Social Science Group major also provides a broad foundation for further studies in the social sciences.
