How Do I Choose My Area of Study?
Deciding what you are going to study can be a little intimidating. While some students know precisely what career they want to choose and the best path to get there, and other students have no idea where to even start to answer those questions. If you know the area of study you want to take, look at the table below, which shows our programs by area of discipline. Majors
The primary field of study chosen by a student of which the largest portion of their classes are focused. All students choose a major (4-year degree) or a first concentration (3-year degree) when pursuing a bachelor degree. |

Minors
A secondary field of study chosen by a student upon which a larger portion of their classions are focused (less than their major). Choosing a minor is optional but offers the opportunity to study more extensively in your second area of interest and broaden the application of your degree. |

Pre-Professional Studies
The advantage of taking Pre-Professional studies at King's is learning in a faith-based community with small class sizes, dealing with personable, helpful professors and creating a foundation for continuing study at another university. |
