Women’s Basketball Team Volunteers in Ottewell

OttewellVolunteerteam.jpg

The Women’s basketball team spent several hours on September 17, 2011 volunteering at the Ottewell Community League for their 50th anniversary celebrations.  The team was welcomed with a pancake breakfast and spend the day running the kids carnival activities for the community.  Children in the community were able to involve themselves in activities such as balloon popping and sack throwing games among others.  The team would like to thank the Ottewell Community for having them participate in their festivities and all the athletes and coaches had a great time doing it.
