2011-12: The Athletic department at The King’s University College is pleased to announce Chris Aubrey as a member of the women’s basketball team coaching staff. Chris is joining the Eagles coaching staff for the 2011-2012 season shortly after graduating from Grant MacEwan with a Bachelors of Arts Degree. Chris started his playing career at King’s and is currently married to a proud Eagles alumni also. A 2004 graduate of Austin O’Brien Catholic High School in Edmonton, Alberta, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge having played 4 years of college basketball. Chris grew up playing basketball in Edmonton and has spent most of his life being involved with the game of basketball in some manner. Chris has played in basketball tournaments from Las Vegas to Tanzania and has now found his way back home to The King’s University College. Chris will help ensure the women’s team is in the best possible shape they can be, as he is also a personal trainer when he is not coaching. Chris is proud to begin his college coaching career where his college playing career began!
