Exchange & Return Policy
King’s Bookstore wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All exchanges or returns should be in original packaging and condition, accompanied by the receipt, within 14 days of purchase (7 days for Spring Term textbooks).
Textbooks purchased after the following dates will be considered Final Sale:
Fall Term – September 30th
Winter Term – January 31st
Spring Term 1 – May 7th
Spring Term 2 – May 31th
Other Final Sale Items include: special orders, course packs, bus passes and tickets.
