Overnight Accommodation Rates:

Rates effective July 2010 and are subject to change without prior notice. All accommodations are subject to GST and 4% Tourism Levy (formerly Hotel tax).

*there may be an extra charge of $5-10/person for extra persons staying in dorm rooms or apartments.

Hostel Rates:
We also offer hostel rates (30% off) if linens and housekeeping are not required. Participants supply their own sleeping bags. Maximum 5 people per room in the tower and 12 people per apartment.

Long term rentals:
All monthly rentals are subject to a lease agreement.  Laundry facilities are available but clean linens are also offered at a charge of $10 per set and housekeeping services are available at a charge of $40 per cleaning (includes clean linens and towels). 

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3pm each day. Check-out is by 11:00am.  Earlier arrivals and later departures can be arranged through our Conference Services staff (based on availability).  If you need to arrive after regular building hours (10pm, May - August and 11pm, September - April)
a $25.00 charge will apply.

Parking
Parking is available on campus for all conference participants and overnight guests at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by telephone (during office hours) 24 hours prior to arrival.  Office hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Cancellations made without proper notification will be charged in full.
