Choices, the King's Dining Room
At Choices we offer you just that, choices. We bend over backwards to serve our guests a huge variety of options. We figured out that if you are going to have most of your meals with us, we had better have lots of options for you to choose from.
Our breakfast, lunch & supper menus are designed in such a way that you can mix & match your main courses with a variety of sides or just have snacks. We serve chicken, beef & pork daily & fresh fish filets once or twice a week. We serve hot breakfast 5 days a week & continental breakfast 7 days a week all day. We typically have about half a dozen choices of homemade pastries daily. At lunch we serve scratch pizzas & soups five days a week as well as daily specials and our regular menu. We have a small salad bar seven days a week that serves only fresh fruit & vegetables that you can purchase by weight. Every day we make about a dozen types of sandwiches that are available by about 10:00 am & for the rest of the day.
"Choices" is a scratch kitchen. For us, that means that we have four chefs & one apprentice making scratch snacks & meals all day long. They are artists whose medium is food. Chefs "just have to cook". We are fortunate to have fully trained chefs with on average 25 years experience.
Michel, our head chef has two years of nutrition training & that qualifies him to help guests with special dietary needs plan their meals. Vegetarians, people with celiac disease, diabetes or other conditions & people with food sensitivities can plan their menus with Michel. Typically, some of their meals are chosen from our regular menus & some from their own, made to order, private reserve in our fridges & freezers.
All prices are subject to GST and 12% Gratuity. Infants up to 2 year old are free, children 2 to 10 years old are ½ price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
