Library Cards
Current King’s students, faculty and staff can obtain cards at no cost. For non-King’s borrowers there are two options. You can obtain an External Borrower card by visiting the Ciruclation Services Desk for an annual cost of $25.00 or you can obtain a TAL (The Alberta Library Card) at your home library. Please visit the website of The Alberta Library to learn more about the TAL card program and to view a list of participating libraries. Patrons using an External Borrowers or TAL card will be asked to show photo identification.
King’s University Students:
Use your Library/Student ID card to borrow materials and login to online resources. Replacement cards are produced by Registry at a cost of $17.50. Address changes are also dealt with by Registry.
King's Faculty and Staff:
Faculty/staff ID cards are produced by the Registry. Normally, the same card is kept throughout the staff member's tenure. Replacement cards are produced by Registry at no extra cost.
King’s Alumni:
External Borrowers cards are provided by King’s at the Circulation Desk at no cost.
