Biography
Hendriatta’s professional background consists of a strong combination of academic and leadership experience.  Academically, Hendriatta has served as the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Professional and Continuing Education at Concordia University of Edmonton, Associate Professor of Management at The King’s University, and and a long time sessional lecturer at the University of Lethbridge’s Faculty of Management.

Hendriatta has held regional and executive management positions in human services, healthcare, and industrial sectors, including the posts of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Divisional and Senior Directors of Human Resources, and Director of Corporate Services. She provided strategic leadership in operations, program and enterprise development as well as human resources management to organizations with up to 1000 employees.

Hendriatta is an active contributor to her community, having volunteered in many capacities ever since she was teenager. Hendriatta continues to champion for causes dear to her heart, including women’s rights and opportunities, elimination of poverty, and better support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Hendriatta has served on multiple prominent boards and committees including City of Edmonton’s Women's Advocacy Voice of Edmonton Committee, Bissell Centre Board, Autism Alberta Board, Management Education Coordinating Council of Alberta, and the Provincial Health Authorities Human Resource Leaders’ Council.
