Dr. Tetyana Khramova
Tetyana is a passionate educator with strong analytical and managerial skills dedicated to contributing to the development and growth of the Leder School of Business and committed to a faith-based and interdisciplinary approach to business education. With over fourteen years of extensive experience in business education, including nine years in academic settings, Tetyana is currently teaching Statistics for Business courses as well as Ecommerce as a part time lecturer for the Bachelor of Commerce program at The King’s University. She has also developed and taught academic courses in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Research at several Schools of Business in Ukraine as well as managed the Corporate Learning Programs and business consulting projects for a variety of international and Ukrainian businesses as well as several non-profit organisation in Edmonton.
Tetyana has an MBA from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. Prior that she received her PhD in Science from the Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, St. Petersburg, Russia, where she was involved in scientific research and mathematical modelling. As a Senior Research Associate at the Odesa State Academy of Refrigeration, Odesa, Ukraine, she led the applied research projects in physics, specifically in thermoelectricity and product design.
Tetyana is also passionate about helping young professionals to find their career paths to follow their call and develop intercultural and communication skills. At her current full-time job, she provides strong and forward-thinking leadership in running the Career Mentorship Program funded by the Federal Government of Canada. In her spare time, she mentors international students and internationally educated professionals in their integration into Canadian economy. She is also a VP Education at the Articulate Edmontonians Toastmaster Club.
