Why you chose King’s: Before deciding on coming to King’s I had looked at a few other universities but there was just something about King’s that intrigued me. I think part of it had to do with the small class sizes and strong community. I also liked the fact that if I was struggling my professors would be more than willing to help me out.
What are your post-graduate plans? You’d think after being asked this question a million times at family functions I would have an answer but I’m still very unsure. I definitely want to look into getting a puppy and doing some traveling but when it comes to a career I am still unsure of what direction I want to take in the computing science industry.

Favourite thing to do on campus? Whenever I get free time on campus you’ll most likely find me in the level catching up with friends over a cup of coffee.
Favourite thing to do off campus? When I’m not busy doing homework or studying all I want to do is relax whether that be watching some Netflix or spending time with friends.
What did you wish you knew coming into university? How to use my time wisely! I was the worst at scheduling out time for homework so I would end up trying to completely everything the night before. The best thing you can do for yourself coming into university is buy a planner and schedule out your time.
Advice for new students? Be open to change and don’t be afraid to ask for help! Coming into university your entire life is most likely going to change and it’s okay to need some help along the way. There are so many places on campus where you can get help if needed so take advantage of it!
