SA Kick-Off BBQ

Sponsored by The King's University Student's Association (TKUSA for short), the annual Fall BBQ is an event you don't want to miss (it's got free food, after all). Enjoy juicy burgers, good music, and the warm summer sun.

It's been a busy first few weeks with all the new friends, BBQs, slack-lining, and the beginning of classes. It's time for a well-earned vacation! Head out to the lake for a weekend of canoeing, swimming, games, and kicking back.

Go Eagles! Soccer season is wrapping up, but our men's and women's volleyball and basketball season is just getting underway. Wear blue, bring your foam fingers, and cheer on our athletes as they take on the ACAC.

Fall Choir Concert

Held each year at the majestic McDougall United Church or Winspear Centre, treat your soul to rich choral compositions, crisp notes, and full-bodied harmonies performed by King's concert and chamber choirs.

Christmas Light Up

It's dark and the air is crisp, but around the fire pit with friends it's warm and bright. Join us as we turn on the campus Christmas light display and enjoy hot chocolate, treats, and live music under a starry night sky.

Crafts, antlers, photo booths, sleigh-rides. Pop by the Level Coffee House at lunch or between classes to celebrate the warmth and cheer of Christmas at King's.

Concert Series

Intimate performances from renowned classical musicians is a great way to beat the weather on dark winter evenings. Hear everything from Russian arrangements to rich string instrument performances.

Rez Rumble

You're on a team with the rest of your floor. The objective? To compete and dominate in various tasks to win points and prizes for the ultimate goal: the tournament championship.

Hockey / Skating / Ice Trails

Lace up your skates and tape those sticks! Local community rinks are a five or ten-minute walk away. Both the Ottewell and Kenilworth community centres have heated warm-up shelters, fully equipped hockey rinks, and community rinks for the casual skater. Kenilworth even has a community ice trail!

Did you know Edmonton has some of the highest, fastest sledding hills in all of Canada? Grab a $5 sled from Canadian Tire, a few friends, and enjoy a rip down the hill.
