Job Posting: Youth Ministry Coordinator
Full time permanent position @ 40hrs/wk
In this role you will:
Minister to the congregation through the development of leaders and systems that support youth ministry at Beulah. This position is primarily responsible for the implementation and execution of youth ministry at West Campus but also aids in overall ministry development on the global youth team.
Help plan and execute youth ministry events in conjunction with teams of students and adult volunteers.
Promote and communicate events to youth, families and leaders.
Create and execute an integration plan for new youth who attend events into the deeper youth ministry community.
Attend and engage in weekly youth ministry meetings.
Report progress and effectiveness of youth programming and objectives laid out by the seasonal ministry plans.
Support the leadership of weekend and midweek ministries, as directed by the youth ministry team lead.
Recruit, train and mobilize leaders for specific areas as designated by the youth ministry team lead.
Engage students and leaders through social media platforms, being innovative in how we use them.
Develop a healthy relationship with other departments through occasional shared projects and through day to day interactions.

An understanding of church ministry and a passion for making disciples who are on-mission.
Highly relational and able to coach in an Ephesians 4:12 ministry environment.
Gifted to develop, coach, and mentor leaders. With a proven track record of recruiting, equipping, mobilizing and coaching volunteers.
Proven track record of leading ministry through leaders who lead leaders of leaders (ref. II Tim. 2:2).
Ability to effectively lead groups of students and adult volunteers.
Creative thinker with ability to develop and implement projects and ability to manage people.
Team player and team builder who is able to work within the system.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement projects.
Excellent computer skills especially in the area of social media communication.
Ability to work in a large, multi-staff setting.
A desire to support and assist.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
Ability to organize time and work independently.
Adaptable, flexible and accepting of change.
3 years of experience in a related field of employment.
