Staff Housing

Free seasonal staff accommodation is available from April to October and it is conveniently located steps away from work.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

House Man- Must hold a valid BC Driver’s Licence in good standing; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Duties include but not limited to making delivery requests to specified guest rooms; maintaining driver logs and completing pre-trip inspections; stripping linens from guest rooms and delivering to laundry; delivering supply bins to each building. The applicant must be able to work from Thursday to Monday and on statutory holidays.

Groundskeeper - Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the landscape of the resort grounds. Essential duties include mowing lawns, removing weeds, trimming shrubs, planting new greenery and removing unwanted trees.

Custodian - The Custodian will maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the resort’s property while promoting a friendly and positive image.  Duties include but are not limited to sweeping and mopping all stairwells and walkways; clean windows, sills, walls, railings, light fixtures and glass doorways; sweep decks; ensuring ashtrays are emptied and sand changed as well as taking out the garbage, washing down the elevator; reporting any building deficiencies to Maintenance Department; assisting the housekeeping department with their daily duties.   The applicant must be able to work from Thursday to Monday and on statutory holidays.

Housekeeper - The Housekeeping Attendant will maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the resort’s property while promoting a friendly and positive image.  Duties include, but are not limited to cleaning, sanitizing and tidying guest rooms/common areas and performing tasks such as cleaning floors, walls, windows, furniture, kitchens and appliances, bathrooms and fixtures.  The applicant must be able to work from Thursday to Monday and on statutory holidays.
