Ayamdigut (Whitehorse) Campus
Permanent full-time position
Hourly wage: $33.99 to $40.47
(Based on 75 hours bi-weekly)

The Office of the Registrar is a dynamic institutional division
that encompasses enrolment management and student affairs
and fosters a transformational learning environment for future
and current student success. Student thriving is emphasized at
every phase of student life: recruitment, advising, admissions,
registration, records, financial aid, engagement, campus
recreation, counselling, accessibility, learning strategy support,
international students, First Nations support, and graduation.
The Executive Assistant provides confidential and executive
support to the Registrar & Dean of Enrollment Services and is
responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining the department
budget, and composing reports and various communications.
The Executive Assistant maintains strict confidentiality as this
position has access to sensitive and confidential student and
personnel issues. You must exhibit professionalism, collegiality
in a team environment, and an ability to create a welcoming and
professional atmosphere in a busy office environment.


Minimum Requirements
• Related post-secondary education;
• Office experience in a senior administrative position;
• Extensive administrative, organizational, and financial
(managing budgets/expenditures) skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong ability to prioritize, analyse and problem solve;
• Strong technical skills, including experience with databases
and Microsoft Suite of Software;
• Superior ability to work independently, make decisions and
act and under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Experience managing confidential information.
Consideration may be given to candidates with the appropriate
blend of education and experience.
