Boardwalk Ice on Whyte

Nov 28, 2018

January 24– 27 & January 31 – February 3, 2019

Boardwalk Ice on Whyte is accepting new and returning volunteers in 2019! Boardwalk Ice

On Whyte is hosting the 2019 Canada Cup of Ice Carving and is looking for friendly and

enthusiastic volunteers who have an appreciation for winter, ice carvings and the Old

Strathcona community!

Volunteers must be willing to engage with visitors. Volunteers will help create a positive

experience for all visitors by assisting them in navigating the festival site, ice carving lessons,

monitoring the Ice Bar, learning and talking about the ice sculptures. Boardwalk Ice on

Whyte is a great opportunity to get involved in the community, meet new people, and to be
