Accounting Concentration Tracks
The Leder School of Business offers two approaches to earning an Accounting Concentration in a Bachelor of Commerce degree program.

The CPA Track in King's Accounting Concentration is accredited by CPA Alberta and successful completion of the required accounting courses with minimum GPA requirements qualifies students for entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). The program is comprised of four general business courses and 14 specialized courses in accounting, finance and economics.

Accounting Concentration – Standard Track
Students who want a firm grounding in accounting but also wish to explore other aspects of business more broadly can choose the Accounting Concentration – Standard Track. Like the CPA Track, students must take four required general business courses but only nine of the additional 14 CPA courses. This leaves room for more electives providing greater latitude to study other topic areas such as marketing, human resources and entrepreneurship.
