Our grads get great jobs
Our students receive a quality education, engaging diverse perspectives from 13 different faculties, making our program unique and appealing to many employers. Many of our grads found full-time work directly after their graduation. Job search training is provided prior to internships, and job search support is available to students in their final semester.
Jobs and the Environmental Sector
Check out our Environmental and General Job search links document to help you in searching for summer/internship or full-time jobs. All students who are eligible for their ENVS Internship are supported by the ENVS Internship Coordinator.
Environmental Professional Certificates
For over a decade, ECO Canada has offered professional designations specifically for environmental professionals. Overseen by the Canadian Environmental Certification Approvals Board (CECAB), Environmental Professional Certification (EP) and EPt (training) is the only designation of its kind in Canada to provide professionals with formal recognition of their unique environmental competencies.
All of King's ENVS graduates are eligible for the one-year reduction in the work experience needed for the EPt designation.
