PSYC 363 - Cognition

This course explores the activities and products of the human mind - how does thinking happen? Imagination? Creativity? How do we know what we know and how do we operate on that knowledge to solve problems? Topics include attention and consciousness, pattern recognition and perception, language, thinking and problem-solving, imagery, representation of knowledge, and artificial intelligence.
