Located in room N112, the Wellness Room is a place for students to relax, unwind, and find help dealing with anxiety, grief, anger, sorrow, depression, and other life struggles. The room is always unlocked and students can feel free to drop in and use the space at any point during normal building hours.
We have a confidential drop-in service that is free for all students. Visit the Wellness Room N112 during our Wellness Support hours for support from your peers. You can have meaningful conversations with trained listeners. Student volunteers are trained in stress and crisis management, as well as supportive listening. Whether you have a particular concern you are looking to share, or just feeling stressed or overwhelmed, Wellness Support is great for your mental health!
