SPEAK (LGBTQ+)

SPEAK (Sexuality, Pride, and Equality Alliance at King's) is a student led initiative that provides a safe and comfortable space for LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning) identifying students to support one another. SPEAK warmly and confidentially welcomes new members and has opportunities for students to be both members and leaders.  It is a place to create relationships, listen, share, and experience the stories of others. SPEAK meets once a month in an undisclosed location and is a student only event (no faculty or staff attend SPEAK meetings).

For information contact the general SPEAK email at speak.kingsu@gmail.com or talk to SPEAK staff advisor Tim Janewski (Tim.Janewski@kingsu.ca) or Vice-President of Student Life and Dean of Students Michael Ferber (michael.ferber@kingsu.ca).
