IT helps if you have difficulty accessing one of the university's services. Computer broken? IT will take a look at it. Need to print something? You can print from the library, computer labs, or your own laptop.

Chronicle & The Ballyhoo

Our campus newspaper needs writers, contributors, and photographers. Ballyhoo is King's creative art journal that takes submissions of art, poetry, short stories, and photos. You'll receive small stipends and publicity of your craft.  You could win a prize!

Commuter Programs

Learn about daily activities for commuter students in the tower lounge.

Counseling Services

Where do I go if I feel depressed, overwhelmed, or need someone to talk to? Professional counselling services are available and free of charge. 

Restorative Justice

Student Life offers a restorative justice process for mediation and conflict resolution between students. 

Safe Spaces

A blue elephant in someone's office means it's a safe space to talk about mental health issues. A rainbow triangle is a safe space for gender and sexual orientation conversations.

Students' Association (SA)

The SA represents all students. It organizes social events, financially supports clubs and supports, and runs The Level Coffeehouse.

Clubs and Supports

The SA runs various clubs from knitting, to social justice, enjoying the outdoors, and more. The SA also oversees a number of student supports such as SPEAK, Black Students Union, and Refresh Worship night.

Health Care Plan

Student Health and Dental coverage is available through the Students' Association.

Facilities

Computer Labs

Computer labs are available for drop-in student use during normal building hours provided it has not been booked. Some labs require key-card access using your King's student ID.

Front Desk

Assignments can be handed in at the front desk during regular building hours. The date and time is stamped on it by the receptionist or security person. 

Library

Have an important paper due? Whether you need academic resources, access to journals, printing, or just a quiet place to study, the library has your scholarly needs covered.

Student Lockers

Pick any locker on campus without a lock on it and scan the QR code to check its availability. If it's available follow the prompts to register it. 

Workout Centre

The workout centre is accessible by using your King's ID card or fob. Check with Todd Van Driel, Athletics and Recreation Coordinator if you wish to use the gymnasium.


Student Involvement

Chapel

Chapel is held every Wednesday at noon. in the Atrium. 

Discipleship and Resistance

Join the Discipleship and Resistance Group on Monday nights from 7:00-8:00 in Knoppers Hall for discussions about faith and life.

Athletics

King's Eagles have a ton of events throughout the year. Watch a game and cheer them on!

Campus Rec

Campus Rec offers casual sports competitions to keep you healthy while being casual and fun. Contact Todd Van Driel, Athletics and Recreation Coordinator for more information.


Finances

For tuition and fees, log in to your Online Services or visit the Registration and Student Finance Office. Check our scholarships and financial aid pages for more information on financing your education.


Transportation

Parking is free?

Yes! Student parking is in the east part of the back parking lot. A plug-in parking pass is $150 per semester, and you can buy it at the Registry.

Which buses take me to King's?

Routes near King's are 004 and 0053.

Where can I leave my bike?

Bike racks and lockers are near the front entrance.
