President's Social

Join us in the Centre for Teaching and Learning for our President’s Social. Alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the university will gather to hear stories of God’s faithfulness. We will also be honoring the recipients of our Alumni Achievement Awards, individuals who have made significant contributions to their respective fields and exemplify the values of The King's University.
There will be light snacks and refreshments, wine for purchase, and a chance to learn more about the exciting initiatives and advancements happening on campus.

Archbishop Richard Smith is the seventh Archbishop of Edmonton and President of the Catholic Bishops of Alberta and the Northwest Territories. He has taken the motto “Fiat Voluntas Tua” (Thy Will Be Done). Archbishop Smith is currently an adviser to the Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute and is a member of the Catholic Organization for Life and Family.

Each year, The King’s University Choirs hold a concert to celebrate the achievements of King’s music students and to acknowledge the generosity of TKU donors. This year, we will also be celebrating two retiring faculty members – Dr. Joachim Segger and Elizabeth Raycroft. Join the choirs, special guest alumni soloists and choristers, and the entire Music Department in an evening of song and celebration.
