Teaching Excellence Awards
The Teaching Excellence Awards seek to recognize outstanding achievement in the classroom by faculty members with full faculty status. The two categories—the Early Achievement in Teaching Excellence Award and the Career Achievement in Teaching Excellence Award—are presented in alternate years.
The Award for Early Achievement in Teaching Excellence will be awarded this year. This award is for faculty members with full faculty status who have no more than seven years of post-secondary teaching experience in total.
Who can nominate a faculty member?
Nominations for the teaching award can come from a student or group of students, or any employee of The King's University. A full description of the nomination process is available in the call for nominations memo. To complete a nomination, fill out the following documentation:
