Student Counselling Services

Free and confidential counselling services are available to all students. If you need to talk, help and support are available. Some examples of concerns that counselling can assist with include:

  • Anxiety/depression
  • Mood swings,
  • Roommate conflicts
  • Alcohol or drug dependencies
  • Grief
  • Loneliness
  • Abuse (past or present)
  • Eating disorders / Food issues
  • Self-doubt
  • Relationship problems 

Book an appointment via email today. Appointments are available on campus in the counselling office. You can also book an appointment off campus at Strathearn Psychology, located at 9409-98 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB.
