University Services for King's Alumni

Free Transcript and Registry Services
Request copies of transcripts, syllabi, course outlines, tax forms free of charge. Access to these and other documents is available through the Registry’s web-based services portal. Log-in with your student ID number and password. If this is your first time logging in use the 'Click Here' button to register your account.
If you do not know your student ID number, please contact the Registry Office to verify your account and receive your Student ID number. Parchment reprints are $75 and are printed after the Fall and Winter Academic Sessions. The form for a parchment reprint can be found on the Registry website.
Legacy Family, First-Year Free in Residence
Is your child planning on attending King's? Children of alumni, enrolled as a full-time student (3 or more courses per semester), enjoy 100% off residence during their first year of classes. (Tower Rooms, double occupancy. Meal plan not included).
40% off Campus Facility Rentals
Looking for a space to host your next business or non-profit function, family reunion, wedding shower, or any other event? Receive 40% off campus facility bookings up to a maximum discount of $500/year (combined facility and accommodation discount). Just mention your graduation year when you book via email.
20% off Campus Accommodations
Alumni and/or their guests receive 20% off all campus accommodations, up to a maximum of $500/year when booked directly through King's Conference Services department (combined facility and accommodation discount). Just mention your graduation year when you book via email.
Free Recording Studio Access
Book King's Recording Studio for your next podcast, audio, or video-related project. All alumni enjoy access to professional audio and video equipment, free of charge, just mention your graduation year when you book via email. A one-time $50 training fee applies.
50% off Course Audits
Was there a course or two you always wished to take at King's but could never fit it in your schedule? Perhaps you're looking to pick up a new skillset or dive deeper into a subject of personal interest to you. Alumni receive 50% off the current course audit rate of $233.00.
20% off Public Access Courses
Courses listed as public access are stand alone topics that don't require much (or any) prior knowledge or pre-requisites. They're offered to the public at convenient times and at a significantly reduced rate. Alumni receive an additional 20% off the current public access course rate of $150.00.
Free Career and Vocation Counselling
The Centre for Career and Calling supports vocational discernment and professional formation of King’s students and alumni towards purposeful work. Services are free and include career exploration, job search advice, and employment strategies.
Workout Centre
Alumni are eligible to receive a year-round annual pass to King’s Workout Centre for only $110/year. The Workout Centre features treadmills, stationary bikes, weights, step climbers, and other workout equipment. Contact Registry Services to receive access, just mention your graduation year.
Library Access, NEOS Library Card
Visit the Simona Maaskant Library at King’s and sign up for a NEOS card which allows alumni to borrow books from NEOS member libraries—including Edmonton Public Libraries. The card grants access to physical items and there is no charge for the card within a 30 item limit.
While on campus, come in and enjoy a quiet place to read, browse our archives, or use one of the computers. You can also access and use our electronic resources collection while in the library. Our knowledgeable librarians are happy to assist alumni!
