Grow in faith with Campus Ministries

Campus Ministries strives to provide students with opportunities to grow in faith as followers of Jesus. There are opportunities to celebrate God through worship and prayer, and to connect with other students looking to expand their vision of God and His work in the world.

6:23 Worship

Join us for evening worship! 6:23 biweekly on Wednesdays at 6:23 p.m. in the Level Coffee House. 6:23 in an hour long service for students to worship and connect with the Word. Each week we partner with a different Edmonton church, inviting them to be part of the service and speak about their church ministry and ways for students to find them get connected.

Small Groups

On any day of the week, there’s likely a group of students at King’s meeting to talk about their faith, the Bible, praying together, and sharing about what’s happening in their lives. A small group is a great way to connect with others, build community, and deepen in faith. Various student small groups meet each week. Want to get involved? Email Amanda Duenk, Spiritual Growth Coordinator.

Prayer Room

The prayer room (L117) is a comfortable space dedicated for prayer, journaling, and Bible study. It is open to all students, staff, and faculty, and is open anytime the building is open.

Church Connect

In addition to inviting worship teams and pastors from local churches to participate in our chapel and 6:23 services, Campus Ministries maintains a database of local churches, their denominations, and programs and services, so we can introduce options that may be a good fit for you.

Prayer Requests

If you have something you would like prayer for, email your prayer request to amanda.duenk@kingsu.ca. We also welcome prayer requests during chapel and 6:23 services.
