Tower Rooms

Your new friends are just a hop across the hall or a flight of stairs away! Tower Rooms are generally reserved for first-years but are open to all King's students. The Tower Rooms residence is located at the very center of campus, on floors four to eight of the Tower building. This means your classes are just minutes away from where you live, work, and play. Rooms are typically double occupancy however some single and triple occupancy rooms may become available depending on demand. First-year students who apply for residence and pay their residence deposit are guaranteed a room (double occupancy).

Fun fact: Before King's purchased the property in 1989, the Tower residence was actually part of an old hotel—this means it has some of the largest dorm rooms in Alberta!

Unused funds in a PFSA transfer from the fall semester to the winter semester however unspent money at the end of the year will not be refunded. If students run out of money, additional money may be added in $75 increments.
