Enhance your musical abilities!
Looking for a way to fulfil your Fine Arts credits for your degree? The King’s University Concert Choir is a great place to explore a range of classical and sacred choral music, develop your vocal and musical skills, and take part in various performance opportunities throughout the academic year. Concert Choir also provides ensemble experience, which is essential for enhancing musicianship, and is required for those registered in private music instruction.

Little or no experience? No worries! Concert Choir is a place for people of all musical abilities to stretch their wings, have fun, and experience the joy of singing together.

Concert Choir rehearses on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5.00-6.30 p.m. For information on audition times, contact Cara-Joy Roeseler, Music Department Coordinator.

Chamber Choir

Excellence in ensemble
Looking for a bit of a challenge? Chamber Choir is a smaller group of singers, chosen from within Concert Choir, who rehearse three times per week (two chamber rehearsals and a joint rehearsal with Concert Choir). The difficulty of repertoire requires a higher level of musical ability and is a very rewarding experience.

In addition to the repertoire learned with Concert Choir, Chamber Choir members learn a wide range of their own repertoire, and have many more performance opportunities, including a solo concert in the spring. Chamber Choir rehearses on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5.00-6.30 p.m.
