Weather in Edmonton

Time Zone

Edmonton is on the Mountain Daylight Time zone, and we go by a Daylights Savings plan during the Winter season. On November 3, 2019 clocks are adjusted backward an hour and on March 8, 2020 clocks are adjusted forward an hour.

Electricity

Electricity runs on 110 volts, 60 hertz in Canada. Travellers from outside North America may require adapters for electrical appliances. Canada electricity outlet sockets use the Type B NEMA 5-15 (15 A/125 V grounded) like the image above.
